Just wanted to say that Joanna saved me a *ton* of money for the last year of motorcycling. Alas, I had to cancel my SF policy, as I was offered a great deal from my auto policy broker now that an ancient speeding ticket has dropped off my record, and I combined all my cars, bike and renters into one policy. ** NOTE** It helps that my broker is a long time family friend, YMMV. Just wanted to jump in here and give Joanna some props, because despite me moving to a different agency, she answered all my generic insurance questions promptly, and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks. You can't go wrong with Joanna.

Hey guys! This is Joanna posting, FYI I went ahead and "stole" my husband's identity for this thread. :D I updated my contact info on the first page to include my cell phone number, call anytime!

I enjoy working with all of you - riders are like a big family!

Now that we are in the riding season again I wanted everyone to know that State Farm does cover ALL customization work, such as paint or upgraded components, at no additional charge.

Also, I am now allowed some more freedom outside the office. :D If anyone would like me to come by their work I would love to bring some donuts or treats and meet you! Just email me or call me and we will set something up.

Safe riding!

I took the Joanna plunge this week and all I can say is WOW! Great costumer service, great prices and she's a sweetheart to deal with! I'm paying less for 2 bikes and my car than I was just 1 bike and my car with my old policy. Give her a try and you won't be disappointed :)

Just wanted to post another quick thumbs-up for Joanna! She was able to save me a good chunk on my bike insurance, and helped my friend start a new policy as well!

Was very helpful answering my myriad of questions too!

Thanks!

State Farm just jacked my rates up. They said it is across the board for motorcycles. Just heads up. I got cheaper quotes from geico and I'll be switching to them.

With a wreck and a speeding ticket. Geico is still the cheapest by far.

Mine went up, but it was because of an "illegal lane chage" I had last year.

Oh my Hell, Warren! You have the best stories concerning your riding! Was it another Scooter saga?

No, it was the "misunderstanding" I had with two 20 year old UT Highway Patrol officers. My skill at maneuvering through congested freeway traffic awed them to the point that they thought they should stop me and tell me about it.
