The guy on the white 1198, Mondo or Mongo I think, I talked to him for a couple minutes at the top of Trappers on my way home. Told him he should create an account on the forum to get in on the group rides.

Yeah, he is a cool chap to talk with. I told him the same thing last year when I first met up with him on Monty.

who owns the FJ? Sweet bike! I had one for a summer, although it was the true definition of a rat bike :axe:

That is my father in law's bike. He likes it a lot and he is quick too.

Decided to finally stop lurking these forums and post. Im pretty sure my buddy Chris and myself ran into you guys up in snow basin last Saturday when you all caught up to the
Agent Francom memorial ride. So just a guick intro, my name is Jesse and I ride a BMW S1000RR. Chris rides a Triumph Daytona 675R. We were both curious if you guys were going
on another ride this weekend and if we could join you. Well heres to hoping to ride with you all soon :drinkers: .

I'm pretty sure I saw you guys down by the Sinclair, I left the group a little early to make it to work, I was on the red 1198 heading toward the interstate. If I remember correctly you guys were a few rows in front of a Tri-color 1198, out of all those riders I only saw a handful of sport bikes.

It's a sweet bike. Mine was thoroughly abuse and had been rattle-canned a few times but it still hauled the mail and was a hoot. I bought it for $250 on a lark and sold it for $1500.

Wish I could've joined you guys on that ride, last minute issues popped up. Anyways, I'm planning on taking trappers up to Monte and I was wondering how far into Monte did you guys get before you reached the road closure gate?

To right about here. Monte should be open on May 26.

It will be interesting to see how clean the surface is up there. Lots of sheep crap I bet.
